The shoes will be sold in about 75 stores. It will be sold primarily in metro markets, as well as online. Gap, which has been fighting to shake off a persistent decline in sales, clearly thinks shoes might be part of its salvation.
I really do not think that a lot of women would want to buy their shoes online. A lot of people rather try on shoes before buying it. It makes logical sense to do that rather than buying it online to later return it.
